Revisited this beautifully decorated themed bar and restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui✅ Named after a library, the interior features a wise dark green main color tone, giving a stylish yet slightly mysterious vibe🤣 The outdoor seating contrasts sharply with the dim indoor lighting, feeling sunny and leisurely, very much a vacation vibe❤️ For the main course, I tried the distinctive grilled sea bream with scales standing up😘 The scales were fried crispy with a full crunch, while the fish underneath was smooth and tender, tasting fresh, savory, and delicious. Paired with buttery corn sauce for seasoning, it was super flavorful☺️ Under the fish, there were also several chewy and tasty cuttlefish balls🌟 Truly irresistible📍 For dessert, I chose two options❣️ Pistachio caramel crème brûlée and the highly recommended tiramisu👍 The former came in a large portion filling the entire plate🤣 Very generous🥴 Topped with breadcrumbs and bright red Campari berry ice cream🤩 Very refreshing🤣 The texture was smooth and tender, not too sweet, with caramel that was sweet and crispy, overall quite good🌟 The tiramisu seems to have changed its recipe🥴 but still tastes smooth and delicate, with cocoa and coffee flavors perfectly balanced.
