A new family-friendly spot in Wan Chai! The St. Regis Hotel offers an all-in-one play, dine, and stay experience

This time, I brought my kids to stay at the St. Regis Wan Chai. There were surprises and a few small disappointments, but overall, it was super happy! Finally, no need to squeeze into Tsim Sha Tsui; this place is lively yet peaceful, and it’s just a short taxi ride to Central and Causeway Bay~ As soon as we entered the room, the kids screamed with excitement! The double-sided floor-to-ceiling windows were incredibly bright, and the half-harbor view corner room was spacious enough for them to run around without bumping into anything~ The bathtub was large and deep, and the mirror with a built-in TV was super novel; the kids didn’t want to get out of the bath! The most thoughtful touch was the 24-hour coffee and tea delivery to the room, so whenever we were hungry, hot drinks were immediately available~ Every day at 5:30 PM, there’s a champagne ceremony in the lobby that the kids watched with wide eyes! As guests, booking the extremely hard-to-get afternoon tea in Hong Kong was easy to arrange~ Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t a buffet but a set menu, and the waiting time was a bit long, making the kids very hungry and noisy 😅 Also, the sea view was partly blocked by tall buildings, which was a bit disappointing~ However, the staff were very enthusiastic when they saw the kids and gave them small gifts! Shopping and entertainment around the area are convenient. Overall, if you want to bring your kids for a luxurious family staycation, this place is definitely worth a try!
