Michelin-starred French dining in Tsim Sha Tsui with stunning views at the crystal restaurant

This time I went to Tosca Di Angelo on the 102nd floor of The Ritz-Carlton in Tsim Sha Tsui, and it was truly unforgettable! Remember everyone, do NOT enter from ICC. You have to make a big detour and end up back at the hotel’s main entrance. Just enter directly from the hotel’s main entrance, take the elevator up to the 103rd floor, then take the escalator down to the 102nd floor to get there! As a Michelin one-star French restaurant, they offer 4-course and 5-course set menus, and you can also order à la carte. Don’t be fooled by the portion sizes—they actually leave you super full! If you’re not drinking alcohol, you must try their signature tea sparkling water; it has a very unique flavor. There are several types of olive oil to dip your bread in—I chose the richest one, and when I opened the lid, the olive aroma was so fragrant! The restaurant’s design features a crystal theme, sparkling everywhere! Plus, with light strips on the ceiling and floor, even going to the restroom feels like walking through a time tunnel 🤣 Remember to request a window seat when booking; the unbeatable sea view is absolutely amazing! It rained the night I went, and looking down from high up gave the scenery a special charm. Everyone, hurry and book your table to snap some photos!
