If you don't go, you will miss out on the Big Buddha, Ngong Ping, Hong Kong.

#HongKongTravel Review of Ngong Ping Big Buddha by Ngong Ping Cable Car – Hong Kong This time we went to worship the Ngong Ping Big Buddha, or as many people know it as Tian Tan Buddha, located on Lantau Island. The highlight is that it is a very large outdoor Buddha statue, and the surrounding view is amazing! 🛤 The easiest and most beautiful way to travel: Start by taking the MTR to Tung Chung Station (orange line). Then walk for about 5 minutes to find the Ngong Ping 360 cable car boarding point. 🛗 There are 2 types of cable cars to choose from: Regular cable car (solid floor) Crystal Cabin (clear glass floor) – This time we chose this type because we wanted to take beautiful high-angle photos from the glass floor. Personal experience: On the way there, there were people riding the cable car. But we still took beautiful pictures. The return trip was the best because there were only 4 of us in the cable car. It was very private and fun to take pictures without having to be considerate of anyone. 🎉 📍 When you reach Ngong Ping Village, walk a little further and you will reach the Big Buddha of Ngong Ping. You have to walk up about 268 steps, but once you get there, it's worth it. The view around is amazing. There is Po Lin Monastery below for you to worship more. It's quiet and worthy of faith. 💡 Recommendations: Buy cable car tickets in advance online via trip.com You won't have to wait in long lines. I recommend going in the morning when there aren't many people and the weather isn't hot. The transparent cable car is perfect for photography enthusiasts, but if you're afraid of heights, you might get a little nervous 😂 --- To sum it up, This trip was the most memorable, especially on the return trip when we got the cable car to ourselves. We could take pictures from any angle without anyone bothering us. 🥰 If you come to visit Hong Kong, I recommend finding time to go up to the Big Buddha of Ngong Ping at least once. The atmosphere is great, the view is beautiful, and you'll feel a little satisfied. #HongKong #NgongPing #HongKongTravel
