This cafe located in Kwai Fong Estate is one I revisited recently, and this time, they have introduced new dishes to try 😎 1️⃣ Porcini Cheese Ravioli The portion is quite generous, paired with a creamy porcini sauce that offers a rich texture 🧀. The filling of the ravioli is infused with a delightful cheese aroma. 2️⃣ Signature Runny Egg Sandwich I order this every time I visit. The presentation of the runny egg sandwich is stunning 🥪. Besides the runny egg on top, the thick buttery toast is filled with egg salad. The flavor is not overly salty, and I highly recommend this sandwich 🥗. 3️⃣ Slow-Cooked Hormone-Free Chicken Breast We added four slices of chicken breast to our meal, which is a great way to boost protein intake 🐥. 4️⃣ Desserts ♦️ Homemade Tiramisu The serving style is unique, as the staff scoops it out from a larger container for us. The tiramisu is creamy with a strong coffee aroma. ♦️ Sea Salt Ice Cream Honey Toast This is a very filling dessert. At the bottom, there’s a layer of sweet baked egg, and the honey toast is baked together with the egg custard 🍞. Topped with sea salt ice cream, the combination of salty and sweet flavors is delightful 🥚. 5️⃣ Drinks ♦️ Dirty Coffee The layers of milk and coffee are distinct, and sipping it slowly reveals different flavor changes. Quite special ☕️. ♦️ Chocolate Coffee A beautifully presented mocha, perfect for summer 🍫. This revisit was satisfying. The food is Instagram-worthy, and the ambiance has a literary vibe.
