Trying a new Taiwanese restaurant

At Greenfield Plaza in Tsuen Wan, a new Taiwanese restaurant called Alleyway has opened, so I went to give it a try. They have lunch sets with drinks included. Each dish can be paired with noodles, rice vermicelli, minced pork rice, or mixed noodles. The plum pork knuckle noodles had a generous portion of pork knuckle, but the refreshing plum flavor was not very noticeable. The braised large intestine mixed noodles had the intestine sliced into strips, mixed with shredded cucumber and minced pork sauce noodles. I also ordered an iced Taiwanese milk tea, which can be chosen as regular sugar, half sugar, less sugar, or no sugar. The regular sweetness is not very sweet. Maybe because it’s newly opened or the location is good, the restaurant was quite busy.
