Mr. Sin began collecting snuff bottles in 1989, spending decades building the "Floating Cloud Studio" collection kingdom ✨ Jade, agate, tourmaline, ceramics... the variety of materials is dazzling, and each piece is like a miniature treasure in the palm of your hand! After Mr. Sin's passing, Mrs. Shih Wan-Yuk donated the entire collection, allowing us to admire these extraordinary artifacts up close. Though small in size, the craftsmanship of snuff bottles is absolutely mind-blowing! The most astonishing are the inside-painted snuff bottles—artists use ultra-fine brushes to paint on the inner walls in reverse 🖌️ Landscapes, flowers, birds, poetry, and historical references—all packed into a tiny space! During the Qing Dynasty, literati used them as social currency, and emperors gifted them to ministers as symbols of prestige and status. Plan to spend at least an hour exploring!
