I personally like the Korean BBQ beef shoulder. Kumamoto premium meats come with stickers and certificates, ensuring safety and quality. ᪥ The shoulder meat is rich in fat and muscle fibers. After grilling, the outside is slightly charred while the inside remains juicy, with a tender texture. The thick-cut Korean BBQ beef tongue is carefully prepared, with tender meat that is elastic and has an excellent mouthfeel. ᪥ Besides Korean BBQ, there is also hot pot. We chose the combo hot pot with thinly sliced Australian beef chuck, thinly sliced beef belly, garlic-flavored pork neck, thinly sliced American pork shoulder, and various hot pot ingredients. ᪥ The set also includes a variety of fried items. The coconut lava balls are quite special, and the crispy banana and purple taro balls are my favorites.
