Among them, my treasure is Still Tapas, a restaurant specializing in Spanish cuisine with a touch of Japanese influence, making the flavors more appealing to health-conscious Hong Kongers. Dinner reservations come with a 15% discount! The restaurant's decor is quite casual, featuring wooden and rattan elements with soft green tones, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Tonight, I ordered the $698 two-person set menu, paired with drinks for a chill evening. Despite the restaurant relying on just one floor staff and one chef to handle the dinner service, the speed of food delivery and attentive service were impressive and praiseworthy. The meat is soft and tender, with a charred aroma from pan-searing that makes it even more flavorful. Pairing it with the accompanying green sauce helps balance the richness. Squid Ink Abalone Spanish Seafood Rice This squid ink rice, which leaves you with a "black cat mouth," is both loved and hated. The rice has a chewy texture, and the seafood, hidden under the ink, includes abalone, salmon roe, shrimp, fish fillet, and squid, making every bite a delightful mix. Chewy Delights The dessert highlights the restaurant's Spanish-Japanese fusion, featuring churros paired with warabi mochi. The churros are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not overly sweet. The warabi mochi comes with floral matcha sauce, offering a chewy texture and fragrant tea flavor for a perfect finish. Sparkling Sangria This sparkling sangria is the ideal summer drink, with a refreshing taste, sweet fruit chunks, and a hint of fizz from the sparkling wine, delivering a light buzz.
