Superb Western Restaurant

Unexpectedly, I found a high-quality yet affordable Western restaurant on Hong Kong Island. The environment and service are excellent💕. The restaurant has limited seating, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere, and surprisingly, they even offer a kids' menu😱. Whether it's a family gathering, a meet-up with friends, or a romantic celebration for couples during holidays, this place is perfect😊. Dinner set menu priced at $388 includes soup, bread, salad, a main course, and a drink. You can also add a dessert for just $69😋. I ordered the American flat iron steak and Norwegian salmon with creamy garlic sauce, and they were delightful surprises. The salmon skin was pan-fried to perfection, super crispy, and the meat was thick yet not tough at all. It was tender and juicy😍. The mashed potatoes had a slightly grainy texture, paired with the creamy garlic sauce, making it incredibly flavorful and delicious😋. The American flat iron steak was beautifully seared, offering a nice bite without being tough. The steak was thick, and when cut open, the center was slightly red and very juicy.
