I’ve found my dream tart, I’m not even kidding 😭 Personally, I think it’s way ahead of Bakehouse. — You can skip everything else, but don’t miss the Caramel Napoleon Mille-Feuille Tart‼️ ▪️The tart shell is amazing — super fragrant and ultra crispy. You can literally hear the crunch in your ears with every bite. I was completely won over by how good the crust is. ▪️The custard is so silky and smooth, rich in milky flavor, with a touch of caramel lava in the center. There’s even a layer of toffee caramel at the bottom. They say the outer shell has 27 layers of pastry — the texture is so complex and satisfying, and it’s not overly sweet at all. Can’t believe the crust stayed crispy even at night! Truly lives up to the hype. It’s amazing whether you eat it hot or cold.
