First Taste, First Encounter

Yu King New Town's First Encounter has been open for quite a while, but I still haven't had the chance to try it. There were quite a few people at lunch, luckily I came early; if I had come a bit later, there would have been a long queue. Everyone wanted noodles, so we ordered handmade soup noodles and mixed noodles separately. Both have a chewy texture, but I have always preferred the mixed noodles. The pork cartilage and braised pork are the same; the cartilage/fatty parts are fine, but the lean parts are a bit too tough. The longan and red date tea is free of charge, so I had a cup to refresh myself. The best part is that there’s no service charge when settling the bill.
