Mandarin Oriental Hotel Clipper Lounge

I tried the buffet at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Clipper Lounge, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The restaurant atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, the staff are friendly, fluent in English, and very welcoming to foreign guests, making you feel very welcomed. The buffet doesn't have an extensive selection, but every dish is of high quality, especially the seafood section with fresh shrimp and mussels, as well as good sashimi and sushi. For hot dishes, I particularly enjoyed their roasted lamb rack and made-to-order noodles, covering both Western and Chinese styles. The dessert section is exquisite, offering cakes, panna cotta, fruits, and ice cream, all self-serve and very satisfying. The price is mid-to-high range, but considering the hotel's quality and overall dining experience, it is worth the value.
