Surprise Lunch Set at Tsim Sha Tsui Bar

📍room 3 🔎Shop 1-3, UG Floor, H Zentre, 15 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui ----- Went to Tsim Sha Tsui on Saturday to find something to eat and saw many people entering this restaurant bar. I walked closer to take a look and found out they offer a 25% discount on the entire Lunch Set. The discounted price is still not cheap, but since it’s Japanese cuisine, it’s quite acceptable, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a high-end bar atmosphere, elegant yet very private, with spacious and comfortable seating. 🥢Seafood Sushi TACO with Japanese Island Winter The TACO shell is made of fried seaweed, crispy and crunchy with a "crackling" sound when bitten. Inside, the sushi rice is soft and sticky with a slightly sour vinegar flavor, just the right amount to awaken the taste buds. The seafood on top is the highlight: white fish sashimi and tuna paste with rich oily aroma, sea urchin with a very strong sweet flavor, plus thick-cut scallops and flying fish roe. The salty and fresh taste is outstanding and very impressive. All the sashimi is of omakase quality, and the cold udon served alongside is chewy and springy. (Overall, the taste is excellent, but the portion is small, so 90% of guys probably won’t feel full.) 🥢Teriyaki Prawn with Cod Fish Fillet and Rice The prawns are grilled to a golden, tempting color with very firm meat. The cod fish fillet is tender and melts in your mouth, with a rich fish oil sweetness. The fish skin is crispy and fragrant. Paired with plump, dry pearl rice, it’s obvious that high-quality ingredients are used. The only downside is that the sauce is too salty; it would be better if the sauce was served separately. Dessert is red bean matcha daifuku, with a sticky and glutinous texture and a strong matcha flavor, very good.
