Deng Lung Street is a popular food spot in Causeway Bay. I found a bright pork chop shop with a Korean name at the end of the street, so I rushed in to try it. Later I learned that the new shop is called Eva Tonkatsu in English, using Japanese English "pork chop" as the shop name. The cold noodles with the side dish were really surprising: although the sauce still adopts Japanese cold noodle sauce, the cold noodles are cold enough is very important! Most cold noodles in Hong Kong don't have enough ice.
