NOC is one of my favorite coffee chain brands: minimalist white storefront, a clear menu, and a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you sit down. The NOC branch at Tsuen Wan Plaza not only has all the basic elements but the store feels like a "little oasis," a paradise away from the world: from the small stone path at the entrance to the few lush green plants in the center of the store, it offers a quiet retreat for the busy Tsuen Wan Plaza, Tsuen Wan residents, and visitors to rest and relax. The menu is simple; I recommend the all-day breakfast, especially the broccoli cheese hash browns, which are very delicious and worth ordering extra.
