Inside is the former prison cell of the inmates, newly painted white and decorated with lighting to make it more inviting. The seating area consists of long tables, and the structure and walls remain intact, including the iron cell doors. They sell drinks and cakes here. The drink ordering area is through the former prisoner doorways, with two openings. The seating inside consists of prison cells connected in a row, giving a sense of how the prisoners were lined up before. It’s not scary because the decoration is modern and stylish. I ordered a dirty coffee, which was fragrant and smooth. There are quite a few photo spots in the shop, but most people come to relax. The space is quite clean and comfortably cool. The shop accepts both cash and Octopus card payments, making it convenient. Anyone visiting Hong Kong should not miss this place.
