The silky foie gras mousse combined with plum wine jelly tastes perfectly matched, plus a crispy biscuit base and fragrant cherry blossom, full of deliciousness. Japanese cherry blossom sushi, Alaskan king crab salad! The bubble sushi uses Japanese cherry blossom sushi rice presenting a delicate pink color, filled with fresh and fragrant crab meat salad—very tempting. One bite in the mouth, the texture and taste are very satisfying. Boston lobster, shrimp lobster mayonnaise, homemade bread! Tender Boston lobster mixed with lobster mayonnaise is irresistibly flavorful, paired with soft handmade bread, making one very happy. The Mistral Dance of Grace Seaside Afternoon Tea is priced at $728 for two on Mondays to Fridays, and $788 for two on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. It is available from now until June 30.
