Just looking at the poetic signboard, I could sense its charm. Nestled in a mixed residential and commercial area, this cafe may not be in the most prominent location, but its unique ambiance and delicious offerings provided me with a "rejuvenating" experience for both my taste buds and soul 🌸. The interior features a modern minimalist design, with light wood furniture paired with white walls, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere. Seating is limited, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The walls are adorned with hand-drawn illustrations and simple decorative paintings, showcasing the owner's meticulous attention to detail ❤️. From the window seats, you can see the old buildings awaiting redevelopment, echoing the cafe's name, "Rejuvenation." I ordered the Nara Chestnut Rice Pork Belly Roll Set and a plate of Light Cheesecake Hawthorn Meat Sauce Spaghetti. The pork belly roll set includes appetizers, grilled pork belly rolls, chestnut rice, and dessert, all presented beautifully with intricate details 🤩. The hawthorn meat sauce spaghetti was equally unique, with a sweet and tangy flavor that left no trace of greasiness.
