Industrial style with creative burgers

I went to Kowloon City to see an eyeglass this afternoon. When I was walking to Kai Tak Station, I saw this newly opened hamburger restaurant. I remembered that I hadn't eaten there for a long time, so I decided to check it out. Location: Only about five minutes' walk from Kai Tak Station, located under a high-end private building. Environment: Mainly industrial style, with concrete walls and bright white light bulbs. There are not many seats, and there are oil drums used as bar counters. The overall style is simple and rough, with a high ceiling. Although it is rectangular, it has a full sense of space. Service: Order first, find a seat, and water will be served. Dinner: Wagyu burger $98 There are not many ingredients, just a few strips of fried garlic and a small amount of sprouts on the cheese. The middle layer of the burger is quite thick, with a strong Wagyu flavor and full of gravy. The meat is a bit "juicy" and it is made of real ingredients. Mango Soft Shell Crab Burger $108 This is a more special style. The first time I ate it, it used mango. Since most restaurants use pineapple, they chose the sour mango, which is just right to relieve the greasiness of deep-frying. The soft-shell crab was fried crispy enough, so the two complemented each other very well and had a rich taste. It is worth a try. Add on set meal $25 I just added a combo and chose crispy skin-on fries and sugar-free cola.
