North Point Cuisine 🩷 High-Quality Western Food with Sea View

The restaurant environment is very comfortable, plus the sea view adds extra points, really chill 🩷 The service is also very good 👍🏻 We both ordered the set dinner. First came the bread served with homemade whitebait egg yolk sauce 🤩 The sauce is delicious, slightly sweet with a hint of sourness, quite refreshing. For starters, we ordered French foie gras caramel custard with garden salad 🥗 The top is crispy and fragrant, the foie gras custard inside is very creamy, the foie gras is aromatic, and when spread on thin crispy toast, the texture is rich. The other starter was French white wine steamed mussels, which tasted very fresh. For the main course, one was Baked French sea bass with clam cream sauce The sea bass is thick and large, the skin is pan-seared, giving it a nice aroma, and the fish meat is tender. The sauce pairs well with the sea bass, and the clams are very fresh with a juicy burst 😆 Slow-cooked Spanish pork saddle with onions and mashed potatoes The pork saddle is moderately fatty and lean, the layers look beautiful, the texture is very soft, tender, and juicy, with rich meat juices, incredibly delicious 🤤 Both main dishes come with a bed of very smooth mashed potatoes 👍🏻 #Foodie
