This snack shop is located inside Airside, and I was drawn to their Double Skin Milk Egg Waffles! Besides egg waffles, they also offer a variety of snacks and pasta dishes, all freshly made to order. ⚓️ Double Skin Milk Egg Waffles $38 The outer texture is somewhat similar to a waffle, soft and tender, with a filling of rich double skin milk that is creamy and fragrant. The sweetness is just right, and the combination with double skin milk is quite innovative and delightful. ⚓️ Single Bone Chicken Wings with Herb Tomato Pasta $58 The chicken wings are flavored with garlic and fried to a golden crisp, served hot and crunchy. The flat pasta is chewy with a tangy and sweet taste, making it very appetizing. The portion is quite generous. ⚓️ British Style Fish and Chips $88 The 4oz fried fish is quite large, with a perfectly balanced batter thickness. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, offering a delightful texture. The siu mai comes in various flavors like mushroom pork, Sichuan pepper spicy wood ear pork, fish paste, and more.
