Man Mo Temple, praying for career blessings in Hong Kong

#EcoTravel On this trip to Hong Kong, we intentionally stopped by Man Mo Temple on Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan district to specifically pray for career success. This temple is known as an ancient temple built since 1847, dedicated to the God of Literature (Man Tai) and the God of War (Mo Tai). In the past, students and government officials would come to pray for success in exams and their careers.   The atmosphere inside the temple is quiet and filled with the scent of incense from large incense coils hanging from the ceiling. Sunlight streaming through wooden windows creates beautiful shadows and adds a sacred aura to the place. We lit incense and sincerely prayed for career blessings, feeling a certain power that brought calmness and an indescribable confidence.  For anyone looking to enhance their luck in career or studies, Man Mo Temple is a place not to be missed. The peaceful atmosphere and the palpable faith energy are truly special.
