Who knew vegetarian food could be so exquisite?

#SignUpForMayHotelTester2025 🥬 Kwai Tak Palace Private Vegetarian Feast 🔎 UG Floor, Block B, Kwong Sang Hong Building, 6 Kirk Street, Wan Chai ----- I usually eat vegetarian once a month, and recently I went to this private vegetarian restaurant in Wan Chai for dinner. The whole place is quite special, not like a typical restaurant vibe, but more like visiting a friend's home. The environment is comfortable and cozy. Even though it’s not the first or fifteenth day of the lunar month, it was still quite busy. The first dish was the "Crispy Lotus Root and Small Roll Dry Platter," with cold tossed vermicelli that was refreshing and appetizing. Next, the "Golden Soup Fortune Pouch" was filled with melon and mushrooms, slightly sweet and fragrant. My personal favorite was the "Four Seasons Heart Flower Bloom," crispy on the outside, paired with the sweet and sour taste of pomelo honey, with pumpkin and floral flavors inside—very unique. The "Cheese Baked Baby Brown Mushrooms" were seasoned with avocado and cheese, and for some reason, tasted like tuna. The "Sweet Bamboo Silver Thread Roll" had vermicelli with carrot and black fungus inside, fresh with a hint of savory flavor. The "Winter Melon Nourishing Soup" was sweet and nourishing, while the "Treasure Lettuce Wrap" was packed with filling. For the main course, the "Coconut Curry Vegetarian Medley" was served with buttered French bread and rice. The medley included vegetarian balls, cauliflower, and potatoes, with a strong coconut aroma, very fragrant and smooth. The "Milky Fresh Bamboo and Green Willow" was a simple and fresh dish of loofah with dried tofu skin. Dessert was "Fragrant Mango Sago Jelly," sweet mango paired with sago, lightly sweet and refreshing. It was also served with a bowl of "Freshly Ground Walnut Cream," rich and smooth with a strong walnut flavor, better than many professional dessert shops. #Vegetarian #VegetarianRestaurant
