Through the second phase of the "Revitalizing Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme," this historic building complex has been revitalized into the "Green Hub Academy" to promote sustainable living. In the revitalization project, the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden adopted an integrated strategy to preserve the historical, architectural, and ecological value of the old Tai Po Police Station. It is the first time visitors can see the beautiful colonial-style architecture, blending Chinese and Western elements, with Chinese tiled roofs and Dutch gables. Two small exhibition halls introduce the history of Tai Po and the police station. The original detention room and armory have been preserved for public viewing. Guided tours can be booked as some areas require a guide to visit.
