[Hong Kong] Hong Kong Disneyland Guide!

Everyone loves Disneyland! This time, it's the Hong Kong edition 🤍 Hong Kong Disneyland is quite compact compared to Tokyo Disneyland, but since it’s not very crowded, you can fully enjoy the attractions, parades, and gourmet food!! The opening hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM on weekdays, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends and holidays, which is shorter compared to Tokyo Disneyland. But since you don’t have to wait in line for hours like in Tokyo, you can enjoy it to the fullest by the evening! By the way, I went on a weekday, and I ended up waiting until the seats for the attractions were filled 🤣 Let me share the charms of Hong Kong Disneyland! First up are the cute Disney character donuts 🍩 There are many varieties, and they’re all so cute it’s hard to choose, haha. My friend and I got Duffy and ShellieMay ones 🐻 There are pastel-colored walls and shops all around, so taking photos with the donuts in front of them makes for great pictures—definitely give it a try!! Next, let me introduce the Hong Kong-exclusive headwear!! In Hong Kong, you can get super cute Duffy and ShellieMay headbands. You can buy them at a shop called Center Street Boutique, and for just under 300 yen, they will embroider your name on it 🪡 It takes about an hour from ordering to receiving, so you pick it up later by exchanging your receipt. If you bring it to Tokyo Disneyland, you won’t have to worry about others wearing the same thing. Next is the parade. There are parades lasting about 30 minutes both during the day and at night, and Disney characters come to greet you! Unlike Tokyo, it’s quite easy to get a front-row spot. Besides the parade, there are Disney characters everywhere, so much so that it’s called a character paradise. I recommend looking for characters and taking photos with them 🥰 Lastly, Toy Story Land. This area doesn’t exist in Japanese Disney parks and can be enjoyed by both adults and children. There are lots of cute Toy Story monuments, so you can enjoy taking photos ☺️ Spend a happy time in this colorful space.
