If you are heading to Hong Kong for shopping you have to check out Causeway bay, one of the busiest shopping spots in the city. No matter what you are looking for you will find it here, from high street brands to exclusive luxury and everything inbetween. The area has often been one of the busiest shopping areas in the world, and righlty so. It is a huge built up area with various different shopping zones that have developed within, you have global flahsgips of brands such as H&M, American Eagle & Uniqlo - along with independant shops selling budget clothes from Mainland China. There are smaller shops towards the waterfront that house a lot of sports brands such as Nike, adidas, converse and New Balance along with a lot of european style restaurants. It is also a lot quieter here and a great spot to take a break inbetween the shopping. There are also various malls such as Times square that have all your classic high end designer brands, something that Hong Kong has become famous for. There are also plenty of little markets in back streets for souveniers, gifts and wholesale clothing. Also keep an eye out for the pharmacy brands, they sell lots of discounted branded skincare and it's often cheaper to stock up here than head to the department stores - the staff are also super helpful in these shops!
