Visited Parkside@Nina on the 2nd floor of Nina Mall Phase 1 for the third time to have dinner. The restaurant offers a spacious environment with ample distance between tables, making it ideal for dining and chatting with friends. We ordered the Red Wine Lees Tiger Prawn Pasta, Four-Cheese Pizza, and Grilled American Tomahawk Pork Chop for two. It was my first time trying the Red Wine Lees Pasta, which had a subtle wine aroma that wasn't overpowering. Combined with cream, it offered a unique fusion of Western and Chinese flavors, complemented by five succulent tiger prawns. The Four-Cheese Pizza is a must-try for cheese lovers. Every bite is rich with cheesy goodness, and it arrives hot and stretchy. The crust is made from naturally fermented sourdough, offering a distinct texture compared to typical pizza places. The restaurant provides a variety of options, including steaks, soups, appetizers, pasta, rice dishes, burgers, desserts, and drinks, ensuring there's something to suit everyone's taste.
