Popular Cafe in San Po Kong

Today, I accompanied a friend to Airside for a stroll and took the opportunity to visit a cafe in San Po Kong 😍. I had been planning to try this place for a while, but since it’s not very close to my home, I hadn’t had the chance until now. I chose a well-known cafe in the area called "Wozi." I ordered the Avocado and Tiger Prawn Salad 🥗🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 It was packed with ingredients! The tiger prawns were incredibly bouncy and flavorful, and there was half an avocado included. Paired with dragon fruit, green apple, pear, and balsamic vinegar dressing on a bed of fresh salad greens, it was very appetizing. Next, I tried the Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Belly Waffle 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 This dish was quite unique, with a savory flavor profile. The pulled pork belly was juicy and tender, not dry at all, and it was served with cheese, tomato, and lettuce for a fresh combination. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the savory waffle complemented the dish—it was crispy and delicious. For dessert, I had the Matcha Strawberry Mille-Feuille with Strawberry Ice Cream 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 The matcha flavor leaned towards the sweeter side, and it was paired with fresh strawberry pieces and creamy layers, all encased in a crispy and fragrant mille-feuille pastry. It was a perfect match! Adding the strawberry ice cream created a delightful hot-and-cold contrast that was simply amazing. I also ordered two cups of White Peach Iced Tea 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 The tea was refreshing and thirst-quenching, with a subtle sweetness and a lovely white peach aroma.
