Wong Tai Sin Temple is one of the most famous temples in Hong Kong, known for its strong incense offerings. Every year on the first day of the Lunar New Year, many people line up to be the first to offer incense, symbolizing a smooth and successful year ahead. As a Grade I historic building in Hong Kong, it attracts many tourists from different nationalities. There are also many tour groups that come to visit, and some even set up their phones to livestream their visit. 😅 Regardless of how they come, it is believed that everyone has heard of Wong Tai Sin's reputation. (As long as visitors follow the rules and cooperate with the staff, everything will be fine.) Located in the bustling city, the temple not only provides spiritual protection for the citizens but also offers visual enjoyment with its architecture. It is said that Wong Tai Sin is very effective, and those who visit annually are blessed by the deity. You can buy incense (HKD $10 for nine sticks) to offer, or you can use the free incense provided by the temple. Whether you buy your own or use the temple's free incense, Wong Tai Sin will accept it as long as you are sincere. 🙏🏻 🌟🌟🌟 The temple is less crowded in the morning. If you want a quieter visit, you can come before 9 AM.
