💗Let's have a dinner full of ritual sense~Happy🌟This time I visited the beautiful retro library-style French restaurant Bochord for the second time. 💗The gorgeous and elegant decoration is full of style. The 8-course tasting menu ($1,388/person) is of high quality and the dining atmosphere is great. With the Victoria Harbour view and live music in the evening, it is a romantic place perfect for celebrating special occasions. 🌟Royal Daurenki Caviar & Japanese Sea Urchin The first course was a mixture of caviar, Japanese sea urchin, and salmon roe on top of sous vide scallops. The presentation is very delicate, and the combination of multiple flavors awakens the taste buds. 🌟Scottish Razor Clams & French White Asparagus The clams are cooked at low temperature, served with white asparagus and jalapeno salsa, and topped with grapefruit jelly, which is slightly spicy, sweet, sour and refreshing. 🌟Black Truffle & Foie Gras A favorite dish💗Black Truffle Foie Gras Mousse, when you put it in your mouth, it feels like it slowly bursts, exuding the sweet aroma of foie gras and black truffle, with a dense taste that is absolutely amazing! 🌟Seafood Bouillabaisse There are Japanese clams and grilled shrimps in the bowl, covered with 3.6 milk foam, and the waiter slowly pours the hot lobster seafood soup in~ The visual effect is perfect 👍🏼The seafood soup is sweet and rich, and with clams and grilled shrimps, it is even more fresh. 🌟Fish Maw A very special fish dish - it is filled with rich chicken broth, with soft and tender fish maw slices at the bottom and crispy cuttlefish ink cassava chips on top, giving it a variety of textures. 🌟Charcoal Grilled Maine Lobster Charcoal grilled lobster with lobster tail and lobster risotto 🦞The lobster is full of freshness after grilling, the meat is smooth and tender, and the lobster risotto is fresh and fragrant~ 🌟Red Wood & Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Beef Miyazaki beef sirloin grilled with red charcoal and served with red wine sauce ~ the meat is super tender and fatty 😋 accompanied by potato foam ~Great. 🌟Raspberry & strawberry mousse cake Very beautiful pink plating 💗 and pretty butterflies! I feel sweet even before I eat it. Raspberry strawberry mousse cake is served with candied star anise and cherry jelly, as well as crispy strawberry crisps, and the overall combination has a very layered taste. 🍸Cocktail Five O'clock Tea The shape is exquisite and it is served in a small teapot. It tastes slightly sour, with the fragrance of bergamot and grapefruit.
