Restaurant: Ho Ho Four Season Coconut Chicken Hot Pot Dim Sum Address: G/F & 1/F, Humphreys Building, 11 Humphreys Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui Delicate Decoration of Cha Liu with Kung Fu Cha This is not a cha liu we usually drink but you can still get dim sum and tea here haa, i quite like the setting making you feel like in ancient time You can make your own kung fu cha, i guess it means using a small tea pot to savor tea taste haa We picked Steamed Rice Roll with BBQ pork having thin layer, the taste is quite good Beef Honeycomb trip with black pepper is yummy with strong taste of sauces but itās not too spicy and beef honeycomb having soft texture nicee Sponge Cake is smaller than expected, soft but no so special Steamed Custard Bun is quite yummy my favorite choice haa, though one of the custard sauce already split out sosad Steamed Chicken feet in black bean sauces is good, with soft chicken feet Steamed Beancurd sheet roll with duck feet, the meat insides taste a bit strange, think can do better one Pork Ribs Rice is quite good, i like soft texture of pork ribs and the rice taste is good too nicee , such a good one Such a new choice for us, the taste matching normal standard, can try if you wanna go yum cha with a new environment besides traditional cha liu haa Taste 4 Envir 4 Service 4 Hygiene 3 Value 3 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #dimsum

Restaurant: Majesty Chinese Restaurant Address: 3/F, Prudential Hotel, 216-228A Nathan Road, Jordan Yumm yumm dim sum with fine decoration and good service Do wanna appreciate a waitress who is so friendly and helpful, willing to help filling water and check the delivery of dim sum, i like those tasty dim sum and nice comsy environment Ordered Siu Mai, my all time favor, yeayeaa, big and lovely siu mai, the taste is good with big shrimp, indeed a good one, which i will say itās one the best siu mai i have had haaa, lovely one Steamed Egg yolk custard bun is a nice one too, with many custard sauces insides, such a nice standard, soft texture and i like it, even not the best i have but still good haa Braised Chicken feet is nice too with yummy sauce, and soft texture, only bad thing is having no peanut sadly Fried taro cake having good taste too haa, taro is my favorite food, the texture is good too, crispy outsides and soft taro mixture insides haaa Steamed pork patty with salted fish isnāt a bad choice haa, normally i like pork ribs rice, but today told us out of stock sadly but this one is nice choice, pork patty is yumm yumm with softness, you can taste the flavor of salted fish insides the rice ha, indeed changed my mind in good way haa Beef rice roll is nice too Good quality of dim sum, esp my favorite siu maiii haa, with valuable price and nice environment, such a good place to go yum cha haa Taste 4 Envir 4 Hygiene 4 Service 4 Value 4 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #dimsum #é¦ęøÆ儽å»č #å¤ę„ęµé£ęØä»

Restaurant:Ā Dim Dim Sum Address:Ā G/F, 106 Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok Dim Dim Sum Shop Enjoying dim sum in a neat and green environment is quite good, you can choose your own cup of tea and me got jasmine tea which is freshing after having heavy dimsum Pork ribs rice with chicken feet having delicious rice. The rice texture is right with good flavor, cant miss this while going to cha liu ha Siu mai with shrimp and crab roe having really yum yumm taste with soft texture, quite outstanding comparing siu mai in other shop haaa, love it so muchh as a big fan of siu mai Pineapple buns with pineapple custard fillings is so sweet and you may not be able to eat this dish everywhere Beancurd rolls with shrimp filling is tasty but the layers could be even more crispy Crispy rice flour rolls with shrimps is so niceee, suh a must-have item in a chinese congee shop haa, lovely crispy shrimps insides smooth ricerolls haaa, such a good dish Deep fried glutinous dumplings are just soso for me Piggy Custard buns having very cute outlook with egg yolk fillings, not a bad one, but itd be perfect if having more egg yolk custard insides haaa Chicken feet steamed with soya sauces having nice sauce, but the peanut isnt soft enough la Yumm yumm dim sum, with comfortable environment, you'd enjoy the meal here Taste 4 Envir 4 Hygiene 3 Service 4 Value 3 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #dimsum
