With a variety of food options, we decided to dine there. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 drinks for two people. The large plate of Hang Heung Signature Golden Fried Rice truly lived up to its name. The fried rice was well-separated and not too greasy. It was packed with ingredients like Chinese sausage, char siu, several crunchy shrimp 🍤, and scallions. Each grain of rice was golden yellow, thanks to the egg mixture. The addition of salted egg yolk crumbs made it irresistibly fragrant. The Scallion Oil and Garlic Chicken Chop with Egg Rice featured a nicely fried egg 🍳. The broccoli 🥦 and cherry tomatoes added a vibrant touch to the dish. The palm-sized chicken chop was thick, well-fried, and juicy. The Snowflake Golden Custard French Toast was less sweet than regular French toast. Cutting open the golden toast revealed a generous flow of custard filling. The Snowy Ovaltine had added wheat germ, giving it a rich texture.
