Enjoying Korean BBQ in the cold weather~ Went to Oppa Korean BBQ in Mong Kok, the interior has a strong Korean vibe~ Round barrel seats and round aluminum tables, with Korean songs playing, it feels like being in Korea in just 1 second 🇰🇷 After ordering, they first served four small Korean side dishes and egg custard on the grill~ Beef Feast Wagyu Platter 🐂 One platter includes nine types of meat, two pieces each, perfect for sharing with friends! It includes American chuck, American short rib, American chuck roll, Japanese A4 rib cap, Japanese A4 chuck roll, Japanese A4 ribeye, 1++ Korean ribeye, Australian wagyu chuck, and Australian wagyu tongue👅 My personal favorites are the Japanese and Korean ribeyes, super juicy and tender! Overall, it's really good, most of the meats are very fragrant, with just the right amount of fat. My friend loves the chuck the most, with its rich beef flavor! You can also wrap the meat in lettuce, adding bean sprouts and kimchi, which I highly recommend, especially delicious~ Beef Stone Pot Bibimbap 🍚 was a pleasant surprise, with seaweed, kimchi, and lots of other toppings, and the best part was the garlic~ It tasted very fragrant, with a perfect texture, and at the bottom, there was a bit of crispy rice, crispy but not burnt. The beef was seasoned, with a slight sweetness~ We also tried honey rice wine 🍯 with added honey, making it sweet and easy to drink, and the small bowl was chilled, making it super refreshing!
