Located in PMQ, the Michelin one-star French restaurant Louise is renowned for its signature butter chicken, one of the 'Four Famous Chickens of Central.' Would you like to come and experience Michelin star dining this Christmas? This time, I couldn't resist ordering the very rich weekend brunch set. The appetizers alone were plentiful, with five dishes to share between two people. You can feel the care put into the selection of ingredients, flavor combinations, and seasoning! The oysters were very fresh with a complex taste. The foie gras with port wine sauce was incredibly rich, and the Hokkaido scallop sashimi had a firm texture, paired with a citrus seasoning that was very addictive. Now, onto the highlight: the butter chicken! It was incredibly fragrant and tender, not too greasy but full of flavor. It also came with Niigata rice cooked with chicken fat, which was absolutely delicious. Louise is housed in the historic former Married Police Quarters, decorated with vintage wallpaper and crystal chandeliers, recreating the colonial style of the 1930s. It's a very atmospheric space.
