Rong Kee Hainan Chicken

The parallel goods shop behind my house closed down 🚧 and turned into a restaurant 🍽️ Yung Kee from Tai Po's Salt Water Shop has opened a Hainan Chicken shop in Tai Wai 🏠 The old store's lake green decor remains 👀 They've changed to white textured dining tables and wooden dining chairs 🪑 The corner store has windows on both sides, providing great natural light 🪟 Since it opened, I've been going three times a month 😬 I've tried all their specialties: Hainan Chicken, Saliva Chicken, and Flower Drunk Chicken 🐔 The chicken is very tender, not too little in quantity, and you can choose between white rice, oil rice, or laksa 🍚🍜. Besides chicken, they also offer comprehensive beef options including beef tendon, beef brisket, and tripe 🐮 The chicken sauce and scallion noodles are delicious 🍜 The most surprising dish was the roasted caramelized pork neck 😍 The pork neck meat is crispy and sweetly roasted 🥓 For dessert, the durian sticky rice and mango sticky rice are the same price, so there's no reason not to order the durian 🤤 The durian meat is bigger than the coconut ice cream, very satisfying 💚 The sticky rice and coconut milk became supporting roles 😛
