The Royal Garden Hotel in Hong Kong is a favorite choice.

Before traveling, I didn't do much research on Hong Kong hotels. I usually opt for international chains, but this time, The Royal Garden Hotel's unfamiliar style pleasantly surprised me. What I love most is its old money aesthetic; the hotel is well-maintained despite its age. The value for money is great, and even the standard rooms are spacious, changing my stereotype of cramped Hong Kong hotels. The elevators and the lobby café are eye-catching, offering a magnificent view while having breakfast. The famous butterfly pastries are sold at Fine Foods on the first floor, starting at 11 AM. Arrive a few minutes early to queue, and you can easily buy them with a 15% discount using your room card. I almost forgot about the Mediterranean-style pool on the top floor, accessible by switching elevators on the 15th floor to reach the 17th. It offers a full view of Victoria Harbour, perfect for vacation photos. I was too busy with work and only managed a quick, unsatisfactory shot. Don't miss this experience. The sky rooms/suites on the 17th and 18th floors must be amazing. The hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient public transport, just a few steps from Victoria Harbour. At night, the Avenue of Stars, with Leslie Cheung's name, always has admirers paying tribute. #HongKongHotels #TheRoyalGardenHotel #ButterflyPastries #VictoriaHarbourView #AvenueofStars #LeslieCheung

Tsim Sha Tsui

When we think of Hong Kong, we can't do without "eating"! This time, we spent a day walking around Tsim Sha Tsui, specializing in popular street restaurants, from seafood restaurants to ice cream parlors. The highlight of the trip is of course the collection of many local and popular delicacies, not only suitable for gathering with friends, but also a food solo is no problem! Tsim Sha Tsui is open all day long, so you can set off at any time, and even if it rains slightly, you can feel the architecture and atmosphere of Hong Kong's local city up close outdoors. The street view is as attractive as the human touch. 🍴Tsim Sha Tsui Food Inventory Recommendation: 1. Top good seafood restaurants Whether you want to eat fresh seafood or home-cooked dishes, Top Good Seafood Restaurant is the first choice for many locals. The location is super convenient, located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the outside of the shop is smartly decorated, even if the weather is gloomy, there is a Hong Kong-style human touch. It is recommended to sit by the window, where you can enjoy seafood while watching the street view. 2. Misawa All-You-Can-Eat Restaurant A must-go for those who like to eat all-you-can-eat! Sushi, oysters, and sashimi are all available. It's good value for money. The environment is comfortable and not crowded. I'm not afraid of the rain. The shop has a large space and a good dining atmosphere. Tips: Early reservations are recommended, dinner wait times are sometimes quite long. 3. SUSHIRO Japanese sushi chain restaurants, affordable prices, suitable for those who want to enjoy Japanese food but do not want to spend too much. The self-service ordering is very convenient and the food is served quickly. Sushi platters, desserts are surprising, try their limited seasonal menu! 4. Give pleasure A new popular dessert shop in Tsim Sha Tsui focuses on healthy light meals and creative desserts. The selection is diverse and special. The environment is simple in design, suitable for taking pictures and resting. Tip: Recommend coconut milk jelly and sugar-free sesame drink! 5. PLISCHTOS Take the European style route, if you want to change your taste after eating seafood can try. Mainly Mediterranean cuisine, hipster environment, chill atmosphere. Brunch is also good to replenish some energy before going home! 6. Hua Sao Ice Cream A representative of Hong Kong-style ice cream parlors, nostalgic and retro, smooth and smooth milk tea, and excellent egg treats. Especially, sitting down to enjoy a hot milk tea + crispy pork chop bun on a rainy day is a kind of small pleasure. Perfect for itinerary ending, collect the heart. 📍 Tsim Sha Tsui is super conveniently located, connected to several MTR lines & bus routes. After eating, you can not only sweep the streets, there are trendy pop-up shops & exhibitions near Canton Road and Nathan Road, but you can also take a slow walk to Harbor City or Avenue of Stars to feel the night view of Victoria Harbor. 🎯 Practical dining tips: - Although Tsim Sha Tsui is open all year round, it is really crowded during popular hours (lunch, dinner)! It is recommended to book online in advance or choose off-peak hours. - Some restaurants such as all-you-can-eat or sushi restaurants dinner waiting time may take an hour, it is recommended to avoid peak periods. - The ice cream parlor is very fast to produce, but is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes during peak dining hours, ask before dining. - Some restaurants accept cash, Octopus or electronic payment. - Remember to bring a hat or umbrella when traveling in the rain. Although there are arcades in some sections of Tsim Sha Tsui, the ground is slippery. Wear comfortable non-slip shoes to play more relaxedly. #Tsim Sha Tsui Food #Hong Kong Local Taste #Rainy Day Food Tour #Hong Kong Architecture Humanities #Restaurant Recommendation
