Che Kung Temple

Che Kung Temple, also known as the Temple of the Windmill, is a revered site among the Chinese community. It was built 300 years ago to commemorate the great warrior 'Che Kung'. The windmill at Che Kung Temple is famous for its ability to ward off bad luck. To worship the windmill, one should circle it three times clockwise above the incense burner and then sprinkle incense ash on the windmill. Getting to Che Kung Temple is easy. You can take the train to either Che Kung Temple Station or Tai Wai Station, as the temple is located between these two stations.
