The stewed soup includes conch, pork, chicken, and coconut, as well as thick fish maw full of collagen. This nourishing and beautifying soup is hard not to love. Yixuan's Art~ Steamed Jiangsu Hairy Crab! Tonight, we tasted a giant 350g hairy crab from Jiangsu. It's rare to find such a heavy hairy crab nowadays. Opening the crab shell, we were very satisfied with the amount of roe! Besides the yellow roe, there was also my favorite white roe. The taste is rich, fragrant, and fresh, with excellent quality. The restaurant perfectly presents Okinawan brown sugar ginger tea poetically, with tofu 'flowers' floating in the sweet and spicy ginger tea, making it visually appealing. Garlic Pan-fried 336-hour Aged Japanese Pork! Aged beef is common, but aged pork is quite rare. After such a long aging process, the meat flavor is more pronounced, but the meat juice remains rich, making the texture very charming. Paired with crispy garlic slices and sweet garlic shoots, the dish's flavor becomes more three-dimensional and lovely. Crab Roe and Crab Meat Braised Vermicelli! The thick crab roe and fresh crab meat blend with the vermicelli, giving it a chewy texture and a rich crab roe flavor, making it very delicious. Yixuan's Craft~ Kale Fried Rice! The fried rice is dry and tasty, with pork lard inside, making it very fragrant. Paired with fresh and tender scallops, it makes your mouth very happy. But I think the highlight is the crispy fried kale, which not only adds aroma but also texture, making me fall in love with this dish. Yixuan's Taste~ Dessert Collection! We had purple sweet potato osmanthus jelly and sesame cake. The contrasting colors of the two desserts are striking, but their deliciousness is equally attractive.
