Michelin Recommended Restaurant in Hong Kong- Verdict: So Good!

#localfoodies 📍Trusty Congee King, Wong Tai Sin Temple Mall, Hong Kong Was at Wong Tai Sin temple mall and came across this congee and noodle restaurant with a lot of Michelin recommended stickers for years, and of course we had to give it a try! So glad we did it as the food was totally worth the Michelin recommended title. The restaurant is huge, with cha chan teng (Hong Kong style eatery) kind of seatings. They offer quite a huge menu with various kinds of porridge and noodles. We ordered their egg noodles with prawn dumplings and cheong fun (rice noodles) with mixed sauce. The rice noodles served with mix sauce is one of a kind and unique, a surprisingly harmonious blend of sweet and savoury in a bite, so good! Egg noodles was cooked to perfection, served hot, just so good! Would recommend this place for sure! #hongkongtravelguide
