The whole journey takes about 25 minutes by car. After getting off the cable car, you can visit Ngong Ping Market, Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, and take a bus to Tai O, the oldest fishing village in Hong Kong. It was a very pleasant trip, but it was too sunny that day. Fortunately, there were many shops in Ngong Ping Market where we could take a break and eat, and we could also go into many various souvenir shops to browse. The most special thing is that you can meet buffaloes on the roadside as you head towards the Big Buddha. And I saw the buffalo at a very close distance. The closer you get to Po Lin Monastery, the quieter it becomes. It doesn't feel noisy or crowded at all. In the middle, we took a bus to Tai O fishing village, and then went back to Ngong Ping to take the cable car back to the city. We happened to see the beautiful sunset on the cable car.
