A Song of Ice and Fire. Dreamy Shaved Ice with Crispy Fried Chicken.

After work, I took a ferry to Harbour City for a stroll⛴️ and found a pretty cafe on the basement level. This place offers Korean fusion dishes, including fried chicken and Korean rice cakes🍗, which caught my eye. 🤤 Original Fried Chicken 125 Since I don't like chicken with sauce🐔, I chose the original flavor. The chicken pieces are large and boneless🦴, making them easy to eat. The exterior is crispy, while the inside remains juicy💦. 🤤 Pollock Roe and Scallop Stir-fried Rice Cakes 92 Korean rice cakes are my favorite, and this one with pollock roe is quite special😍. The pollock roe sauce is fresh and sweet, and paired with equally fresh salmon roe🐟, it's a match made in heaven. The scallops are also beautifully seared, fragrant but not dry🦪. 🤤 Lotus Caramel Crunch Shaved Ice 92 For dessert, you must try their shaved ice🍧. It's a huge bowl and very eye-catching👀! My favorite is the caramel flavor, with a rich caramel sauce and crunchy bits that give it a unique texture😋. 🤤 Blueberry Dream Cake 68 There are also several cakes to choose from🍰, and their blueberry cake uses super large blueberries🫐. The cake itself is light and fluffy. 🤤 Playful Mint Lime Soda 45 There are many coffee options for drinks☕️, but since I don't drink coffee, I chose the soda🍸. 🤤 Sakura Cotton Candy Bubble Bath 62 My mother chose a beautiful Sakura Cotton Candy Bubble Bath🌸, topped with large cotton candy and dried strawberries🍓, with milk underneath. This restaurant not only looks good but also serves excellent food👍.
