European Royal Family Feast

The Alexandra Hotel has just opened for two months. After seeing the dreamy check-in photos online, I couldn’t wait to check it out. The restaurant is magnificent and beautifully decorated, with a very high ceiling, gorgeous crystal chandeliers, and gold-carved mirrors, making it feel like you are in a medieval European palace. I really wanted to have a semi-buffet lunch, which included a main course of my choice, as well as a wide selection of appetizers, seafood, sashimi and desserts. However, the meal was already over at 2:30, so I decided to try the Á La Carte Menu first, which was equally exciting. The thick rib-eye steak is cooked to 70% done, with dark brown net-like patterns on the surface and a pink and tender interior, making you fall in love with the feeling of eating meat. It is soft and sticky when eaten, and paired with black truffle mushroom sauce, the meat is more delicate and tender, and the rich aroma of the gravy is doubled, which is very attractive. The French fries are thick and dense, fried until crispy, and the more you eat them, the more delicious they are. Green Egg Yolk Shrimp Balls The golden shrimp balls are perfectly wrapped in the evil salted egg yolk, which is chewy and refreshing, with an alluring salty and fragrant taste. The taste is moist and you will want to lick the egg yolk on your lips!
