Kurasu

#chinatrip Had Kurasu Coffee before in Japan and was pretty happy they opened up a shop here in Hong Kong. Prices do reflect the shops location in central touristy area in TST. I bought a hand drop coffee with a pudding tart and that came up to $150. Although the coffee and dessert was very good. presentation leaves a lot to be desired. I was expecting the hand drip coffee to be served in a carafe with a small cup on a tray with either a card with the tasting notes on it so it will remind you of what you are drinking, or either some complementary nuts or snacks to go with the drink that complements the coffee, but instead it was only served in a mug. All in all a good experience, coffee was good, snacks are good. A good choice for a coffee break if you are in the area and want to try some Japanese roasted coffee.
