While dining, I discovered this Thai boat noodle restaurant across the street. I love boat noodles so much that I go there to eat whenever I can. They each ordered a bowl of boat noodles. Seeing that the snacks were not expensive, I ordered two snacks. Ordered 2 more drinks. The boat noodle soup base is rich and has no bloody taste. You can choose golden edge noodles, duck egg noodles or rice noodles. We chose the first two as we felt that the golden edge vermicelli could absorb the soup better. The ingredients of Bao Tai Boat Noodles (Pork) include butterfly pork belly, pork slices, pork meatballs, pork meatballs, and fried pork skin. The ingredients for the Wagyu boat noodles include Wagyu short ribs, beef balls, beef cypress leaves, and deep-fried pork skin. These ingredients are the same as the boat noodles you eat in Thailand. The only unconventional thing is that the boat noodles are not served in a small bowl. The portion is quite large and the ingredients are very filling. The kale with secret sauce is refreshing and not overly chewy. The sauce is slightly sweet, a bit like oyster sauce. Thai lettuce wraps are a non-spicy version, so even those who don’t eat spicy food can enjoy it. The portion is quite big, probably about 8 lettuce wraps, good value! Rose 🌹Lychee soda has a sweet taste. The charming pink color should attract many ladies. Hand-made mint lime soda is very refreshing.
