𓄳 𓄳 𓄳 Recently, East Hotel teamed up with local chocolate brand CONSPIRACY to launch the latest afternoon tea menu ($498/pp). As a chocolate lover, of course I rushed to it! CONSPIRACY is a local bean to bar chocolate manufacturer that does everything from cocoa beans to chocolate making. The most famous feature is their dreamy hand-painted bonbons. 𓎥 SMOKED SALMON QUICHE The smoked salmon, garlic cheese and egg pie is both exquisite in appearance and delicious. 𓎥 LOBSTER COCKTAIL ROLL The lobster cream bun is a small burger with plenty of lobster meat and is very delicious. 𓎥 MINI FINGER SANDWICH Cream cheese cucumber bread sandwich, very refreshing taste. 𓎥 PEACH PANNA COTTA Peach panna cotta, sweet and smooth. 𓎥 CONSPIRACY CHOCOLATE TARTS Whisky Chocolate Tart, the aroma of chocolate combined with the mellowness of whiskey, leaves a long aftertaste. 𓎥 CONSPIRACY CHOCOLATE MACARONS Chocolate Oolong Tea Macarons, replace the chocolate with tea, the combination is also excellent. 𓎥 RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE TARTS Raspberries are sour and sweet, and they are not greasy even when paired with cheesecakes. 𓎥 MINI CANELÉ I really like this mini cannoli, and the drunken cherry on top adds the finishing touch. 𓎥 MINI CHURROS The churros are topped with cinnamon sugar and dipped in Shanghai salted caramel sauce for a more layered feel. 𓎥 SCONES What's afternoon tea without English muffins?
