After returning to Hong Kong, I have been missing that taste. I found out that this Thai 🇹🇭 restaurant in PMQ has Northern Thai curry noodles, so I came to eat after work one day. They ordered an appetizer, a salad, a vegetable dish, a bowl of noodles, two drinks and two desserts. The charcoal grilled chicken satay was very fragrant but not too dry. The satay sauce has a strong peanut sauce flavor. Thai charcoal grilled beef salad 🥗 is sour and spicy, very appetizing. The beef is not overcooked, has no blood, and is tender without being too tough. Thai style stir-fried kale sprouts with garlic are stir-fried as ordered, with a strong wok aroma and the kale sprouts are refreshing. The secret sauce is sweet and garlicky. Northern Thai beef curry egg noodles are the perfect taste of Chiang Mai! The curry sauce is rich and has a coconut flavor. The beef ribs are braised till tender. Every noodle is covered with curry sauce. Calamansi Lemonade is sweet and sour, and has a lot of ice. It is very refreshing to drink on a hot summer day. Nam Lum Yai is longan ice, a must-drink Thai drink. Thai sago has a coconut flavor and is topped with refreshing honeydew melon. The mango coconut milk sticky rice coconut sundae looks good and comes with plenty of ingredients, including green mango🥭, sticky rice, coconut milk, mango, and ice cream.
