The other day, my younger brother and I were walking past Langham Place in Mong Kok when we were drawn to a cookie shop. It was filled with adorable, beautifully packaged animal-shaped shortbreads, buns, and other colorful pastries. We ended up ordering a box of shortbreads and some specialty cakes. 🌟 Caramel Nut Shortbread There are two options: cat and bunny. My younger brother chose the bunny. These super cute bunny-shaped caramel nut shortbreads are made from glutinous rice flour, creating a wafer-like, thin, crispy animal-shaped crust. They're perfectly wrapped with roasted nuts and then infused with a sweet caramel sauce. Every bite is filled with the aroma of caramel and nuts. Each piece is individually wrapped, making it very hygienic and convenient, making it a great gift. 🩷 Rice Ball Cake This creative and cute option, designed and packaged like a Japanese rice ball, is easy to carry and open without getting your hands dirty. There are six flavors to choose from, and we chose: 🌟Caramel Banana Rice Ball Cake The banana and caramel flavors blend perfectly, with the center of the cake containing caramel banana cream, chocolate caramel biscuits, plain French crepes, and dark chocolate brittle. The cake has a variety of textures, and while not too sweet, I really enjoyed the biscuits. 🌟Strawberry Rice Ball Cake This small cake contains strawberry cake, strawberry cream, strawberry jam, plain French crepes, and dark chocolate brittle. The strawberry flavor is sweet, the cream is smooth, and the biscuits and crunchy texture are complemented by a cute design that's very appealing. 🩷Cream Cake Slices 🌟Pistachio Strawberry Cake The sliced cakes are beautifully presented, topped with strawberry brittle. The color combination is very appealing, and the taste is not too sweet. 🌟Rich Dark Chocolate The chocolate is incredibly rich, with a rich, layered texture. A must-try for chocolate lovers! The cake and cream are also very smooth.
