𓈃 𓈃 𓈃 The newly opened "Chicken Shao Chicken Rice" on Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui specializes in Singaporean cuisine. When I visited on a weekday evening, I saw that the whole store was full and there were many takeout orders. I believed that the food quality must be good, so I went in to try it! Many of the main dishes on the menu can be purchased at a set price plus snacks, bak kut teh and special drinks, making the overall price affordable. 𓇸Nonya Boston Lobster Lasagna Rice Noodles $109 Personally recommend! On half a lobster, it tastes authentic! Originally, the Lasa rice noodles were already very gamey, and coupled with the umami flavor of the lobster, every bite was extremely rich. Guests can also choose mixed/rice noodle/oil noodle base to suit their needs. 𓇸Singapore Boneless Hainanese Chicken Rice $120 The store’s signature dish. The Hainanese chicken is cooked and tender, and the chicken skin is refreshing but not too greasy. It is indeed very delicious. Served with classic fried rice, every grain is soft and tender. For an additional $7, you can add seasonal dishes dipped in shrimp soup, and the entire set meal is quite generous. 𓇸Light Bak Kut Teh +$28 We added $28 to upgrade the soup from the original set menu to light bak kut teh. The flavor of the medicinal materials is not too strong, it is easy to drink, and it is full of ingredients. 𓇸Malaysian Lemongrass Fish Cake +$22 You can add an extra snack for $22 to the set meal. One plate comes with 4 pieces of fried fish cakes, which are delicious dipped in sweet and sour sauce. 𓇸Longan Green Tea Chrysanthemum Nectar +$9 𓇸Healthy Red Date Tea +$9 Special drinks are only $9 extra, and the types are quite diverse. We especially recommend the longan green tea chrysanthemum honey, which contains grains of longan meat, has a natural taste and a refreshing feeling. The two of them ordered snacks, main dishes, bak kut teh and special drinks, and the bill only cost $247.
