My mother 👩🏻 loves Cantonese cuisine🥢. Due to work reasons, Zhengri was unable to dine with her. To compensate, she chose this Michelin three-star restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel which she will never forget. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍: 4/F, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong I must say that Lung King Heen is desperately pursuing the ultimate perfection in all the small aspects, which is really not easy. Combined with the charming night view of Victoria Harbour, my mother 👩🏻 nodded her head before we even started eating. First of all, the signature dish, the fragrant dragon-belt jade pear, the sweetness of the 🐲🦪🍐 pear, the freshness of the jade belt, and the fragrance of the shrimp paste, all melted together beautifully, and there is nothing to complain about that would detract from it. It immediately made the next dish of Chef's Trio pale in comparison, although Chef's Trio was also very delicate in bringing the taste to the guests, making them drool 🤤, it was very appetizing. When I thought we were served fried rice, my mother 👩🏻 had a question mark❓ after eating it. Then she looked at the menu and found out it was rice spaghetti🍝⋯⋯They really put a lot of thought into giving us a surprise by combining Chinese and Western ingredients into something so unimaginable. The best tea and desserts 🍮 are also meticulous, and you can tell even if you eat with your eyes closed that you may never find a Cantonese restaurant of this level again.
